攝影展緣起
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
遠山呼喚在尼泊爾、菲律賓、馬來西亞，服務超過 7,000 位兒童，致力於扭轉孩子們的教育環境。
我們希望，透過本次的國際教育行動攝影展，分享我們一路上捕捉的生命光影，展出遠山呼喚 4 國團隊成員、上百位合作夥伴、數千位學童，所共同走過的道路，以及我們終將一起抵達的遠方。
Today, Calls Over Ridges’s commitment spans Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia, transforming the lives of over 7,000 children. Through this expo, we share with you every touching, illuminating moment we’ve experienced along the way – capturing the perspectives of team members, collaborators, and thousands of children. This path is what brought us here, and guides us together into the future.

為世界種植教育的使命，帶領遠山呼喚前往一個個教育偏鄉，深入尼泊爾高山，前進菲律賓群島，探訪隱藏在馬來西亞沙巴邊境的無國籍村落，專注以長期教育，接住身處於現實與夢想間隙裡的貧窮兒童。
八年來，遠山呼喚看見，即便有限的資源折疊了生存的空間，生命仍能在夾縫中綻放，展示無限的可能。
我們期盼，由教育關鍵人所點燃的每一道希望微光，能穿透萬物的裂痕，照亮每一個狹縫。
4/13 (六) – 4/21 (日)，與我們一同前往山海邊境，看見隙間微光。
Our educational action starts wherever children are, in areas where existing systems have failed them.
Calls Over Ridges aspires to provide children with choices beyond just a satisfactory job. Education broadens our horizons, minds and perspectives. Through it, we find ourselves and experience life to its fullest.
This belief has brought Calls Over Ridges to the areas we’re now working in. Be it the mountains of Nepal, the islands of the Philippines, or the settlements of Malaysia, we’re certain that there’s no child undeserving of the opportunity to thrive.
Life can be full of challenges, especially for marginalised communities. However, hope never ceases to manifest even in the darkest times. In a single moment, our apertures let the light of hope in, piercing through the cracks to expose the reality of our world.

Traversing the mountains, borders and oceans of three countries, this exhibition follows two narrative paths to guide you through almost a decade of educational action in South and Southeast Asia.
影像裡的生命故事
透過影像，讓我們一同前往教育曾無法抵達的遠方，看見無價的生命光影。
The first path traces the silver linings found within adversity by sharing the stories behind the pictures.

遠山呼喚是一個源自台灣的國際教育組織。過去八年，我們在尼泊爾、菲律賓和馬來西亞，提供以退場為目標的長期教育服務，希望用全方面的教育介入，讓資源匱乏的孩子脫離貧窮陷阱，主掌自己的人生。
To Call forth the hope for sustained education, Over distant, resource-scarce Ridges.
Originating from Taiwan, Calls Over Ridges seeks to bring the island’s love and care to the world– by sowing the seeds of education worldwide. For the past 8 years, we have committed to creating a sustained education system that answers the needs of the local community in Nepal, the Philippines and Malaysia. We hope one day, children in resource-scarce environments will also have the right to self-realization.

面向自然，返樸歸真，靜心聆聽，以影像創作勾勒出人與土地間最溫暖的風景。
森子工作室的名字，來自兩位創辦人姓氏結合，也是對將自然帶入生活、滋養萬物的期許。森子工作室多年來深耕於社會議題，喜歡觀察人，以高度彈性的執行與整合力，致力於捕捉生活中真實的瞬間，用影像匯聚心意，在各地撒下一粒粒的種子，與不同角落裡的人們，一同長出一座座森林。

Moriko Studio, deriving its name from a combination of the surnames of its two founders, embodies the aspiration to bring nature into life. For many years, Moriko Studio has been deeply engaged in social issues, with a fondness for observing people. Through highly flexible execution and integration capabilities, the studio dedicates itself to capturing the genuine moments of life, conveying sentiments through imagery. Like scattering seeds across various locations, Moriko Studio aims to grow forests together with people from different corners of the world.
